How far along? 13 Weeks
Total weight gain/loss: Down two more pounds this week, for a total loss of 6. I actually cried about it this morning and made my husband weigh himself to make sure the scale wasn't broken. I've been losing and gaining the same 4 pounds this whole time, but to lose 2 pounds, 2 weeks in a row has me stressed to the max. Does a mother ever stop worrying about her baby?? It's going to be a loooong 10 days till our next doctor's appt.

Maternity clothes? I tried the Belly Band with my jeans last week. I think all people should own one, even the non preggo's (for the record I HATE, LOATHE that word)... ya know, for those all you can eat buffet situations. It was pretty awesome. I also bought a pair of maternity jeans. Figure I better start the search now...it could take me the rest of my pregnancy to find a pair I like. Verdict still out on the ones from Gap. How are they supposed to fit? I'm not sold yet. They fit great in the bum and legs, but I feel the tummy area is too snug. Le sigh.
Stretch marks? God no
Sleep: Restless. I think my hips are stretching or something because I wake up and it hurts like a mo-fo to lay on my sides. My stomach is out at this point. Hopefully back sleeping is still safe. Oh...and I'm still rockin' the 9PM bed time. I may never give it up.
Best moment this week: Buying oreos at the grocery store. Sometimes, it's the little things.

Movement: On two separate occasions I felt this weird fluttering in the exact same place. It's still too soon to be feeling baby, so I guess it was just the ole uterus growing again. (I like to think it was the baby though :)
Food cravings: Still nothing. I guess oreos, but I ate two and was over it. Lame.

Gender: This week I'm less sure it's a boy. Kind of feeling indifferent.
Labor Signs: Nope. Thank God.
Belly Button in or out? In. My bloat...I mean "bump" is WAY low. No belly button infringement yet.
What I miss: My sex drive. Please come back. I miss you....and so does my husband.

What I am looking forward to: Looking into a pre-natal yoga class now that I'm past 12 weeks.
Weekly Wisdom: Just because you can eat an entire bag of potato chips in one sitting doesn't mean you should. You will want to vomit later and be miserable for the rest of the night.
Milestones: I've added crazy pregnant lady emotions to my list of symptoms. Not sure if that's a "milestone" or not, but I thought I was lucky enough to be passing that one up. HA! No such luck. This week I actually cried...because I was crying. Let the roller coaster begin!

no, no, no. Not crazy pregnant lady emotions - Just emotions in general :)
Your belly is looking so cute!!
Oh you are looking fabulous! Ya, I don't think I'd ever recommend eating a whole bag of chips, I mean unless the baby tells you to. Then you HAVE to do it.
Oh gawd...the hips hurting part doesn't sound so fun. You poor thing. and your sex drive is gone! Eek! I thought the opposite happens but heck what do i know. At least you and the babes are healthy. Have a good weekend mama!
I'm with brown girl, if the baby tells you to eat chips and oreos, you should probably do it ;)
You're having a baby....I say eat whatever you want! lol
My BFF said the same thing about the belly bands - her recommendation "Perfect for Thanksgiving"
PS -I wish I could eat two oreos and be over it..not so much!
Isn't it funny how different we all are? You have the most adorable little wee bump I've seen! I love it.
Ahh the crazy pregnant lady emotions. Just embrace them and ask the hubs to pass the ice cream.. You have earned both!
Ahh...oreos. I actually have not had any since being pregnant...and now I totally want some!
I wouldn't worry about those 4 pounds...it's probably your body responding to the new being feeding on your metabolism
Aw, you look so cute! Good idea about getting some maternity clothes early!
You are such a cute preggy lady! I love it and I sure do love hearing all about it. Its knowledge I need to before I take the plunge! haha! Can't wait for all the updates...don't worry about the roots! I heard that you can't dye your hair when your pregnant..is that true?!
