It really is magic...

I don't like milk.
I don't drink it.
I'm lucky to even put it on cereal.
I will eat yogurt or cottage cheese on occasion, but that's about it.
I don't want to have osteoporosis at age 30 and from what I've heard
this little growing baby is a calcium sucker.
And prenatal vitamins only cover like 23% of you daily value.
Lame.

So my mom introduced me to the wonders of the Magic Bullet.
Not the sex toy you dirty pervs....
The best little blender EVER!

Well when Christmas came around, it was at the top of my list!
My mother in law got me the deluxe model
and I can honestly say I'm in love.

How this thing takes frozen chunks of fruit and whips them into the best smoothie ever
when my "top of the line" blender can't even blend ice I will never know.
But it's awesome.

I've made a different flavor each morning this week.
Here's today's concoction.
Peaches, Strawberries, plain yogurt, calcium fortified OJ & cranberry juice.
Yum.
And the best part is, it's one of the few things that doesn't make me nauseous.
Even better!

is the magic bullet really as cool as it freaking looks???!? i'm such a sucker. i'm going to have to get one and see for myself.

i'm with you on the milk. i'm actually extremely allergic to it and all milk products. basically all the delicious stuff. i broke a lot of bones growing up.

I loooooove milk, so I can't agree with you on that one, but what about taking calcium? Or is that a no-no when you're pregnant?

We got one of them for Christmas like three years ago and we still have not used it, but this post makes me want to bust it out and use it.

I love my Magic Bullet! Seriously it makes life soooo easy when you want something to go! :) You will continue to love it! IT just seems like the smoothies are much better in the bullet than in a regular blender. who knows>!?

That smoothie looks delicious and you’re making me want to get a bullet. I’m so not a milk drinker either. HungryGirl always says how handy these things are and I’d much rather use that than dig out my blender (I have a small kitchen!).

Oh I love the Magic Bullet! :)

Well that certainly is a good solution to getting your calcium! I got a new blender for Christmas, and I might have to stock up on frozen fruit and try making some smoothies. Hmmm....

Glad you are using and enjoying the Bullet, but I can't take all the credit for introducing you....Jade and Matt use it all the time and gave me mine for B-day! Love so many things about it....small, easy to clean, inexpensive, and really is "magic"! I have 2 blenders AND a smoothie maker and none of them do half the job of the bullet!

XOXOX mom
PS Sorry I was a bad mom and didn't make you drink milk just cuz I don't like it :>)
