He Said/She Said

She Said: Do you remember
the Christmas Ball Wreath?

He Said:  No

She Said:  The one I half finished
then took apart and returned?

He Said:  Oh.  Yeah.

She Said:  Do you remember what I said
as I sat there cursing it and taking it apart?

He Said:  Never let you craft again.

She Said:  Right.  Then why am I
sitting here cutting a million strips of fabric.....

He Said:  I don't mess with you when you get
that crazy look in your eye
and start talking about Pinterest

Taking bets now if this wreath ever actually get finished if it goes down as craft fail #3!
Why oh why do I keep getting sucked into Pinterest crafts??
Happy Wednesday Friends!

I only "pin" crafts that I know are easy enough for me to accomplish, assuming I ever get the motivation to do any of them. Let's not even start on the recipes I have saved.

Also, Kristian was going to setup his own Pinterest so that he could save any cool guns or fishing shit that he found online but when he saw that you had to request an invite he said it wasn't worth the trouble, he got all offended by that for some reason. haha.

This seriously made me laugh so hard diet coke came out of my nose. Thank you, haha!

At least you attempt to do the crafts! I just pin them and never do anything about it!

Too funny! Would this be a rag wreath? I love to craft, but it has to be a pretty easy craft for me to actually finish it. I made a rag wreath a few weeks ago and it turned out really nice, and it was pretty darn easy. The hardest part for me was actually cutting all the fabric strips. After that it was smooth sailing. Good luck! :)

too funny! My 3yr old and I put up some Easter window decor and I decided I should make an Easter wreath.... wish me luck! I'm pretty sure I'll be lucky if I get even half way done with it! :)

Love this! Are you making a fabric tie wreath?! Here's my story - I thought a couple years ago I'd make fabric tie wreaths for all the grandmas as their Christmas gift. One got them and a dear crafty friend inherited yards and yards of Christmas fabric and my wire wreaths! GOOD LUCK!

I'm the same way about crafts... I bought a bunch of stuff at Hobby Lobby over the Christmas break, never got around to putting it together and then said "the hell with it" and took it all back.
