How far along? 26 weeks
Weight gain/loss: I don't trust any scale but mine at home...so I guess I get this week off!
Maternity Clothes? You better believe it. And some of those things that were so huge before are starting to fit well...making me nervous they won't last until August! Side note, I tried on one of my Maxi dresses from last summer to make sure it fit before I packed for the weekend. Yikes. I seem to forget how BIG the girls have gotten. It was cleavage city people! Looks like I will be wearing a tank underneath so as not to scare small children.
Sleep: The first few hours I am dead to the world....then the dreaded 3AM potty break happens and I toss and turn for the rest of the night. Joy.
Stretch marks: Still in the clear!

Best moment this week: Telling someone you're due in August and watching them react in disbelief. Yes folks, I've finally embraced being on the "smaller" side of pregnancy. I'm going to enjoy it while it lasts!
Movement: He had a few quiet days which had me a nervous wreck, but now he's back to the normal internal abuse.

Food cravings: I ate a lot of hummus this week. A lot. Like 2 containers worth. I suppose it's healthier than ice cream....
Gender: Team Blue!

Labor Signs: Nada.
Belly Button in or out? Still in. Though the other day I noticed it was starting to flatten out. Weird.
What I Miss: Walking like a normal person. My husband swears up and down I don't look like I walk any different, but most of the time I already feel like I waddle. Maybe it's just in my head.
What I'm looking forward to: Baby shower tomorrow!!
Weekly Wisdom: When you tell your husband all about cloth diapering and he keeps freaking out about having poop on his clothes....remember you're talking to man and things need to be spelled out sometimes.

"Dirty diapers will not be washed with the regular clothes hun."
Light bulb on.
"Oh. Then I'm totally cool with it."
Problem solved.

I hope you have an amazing time at your shower, can't wait to read all about it!
You look great! :)
I can hear my husband making the same comment about CDing, lol. Men! All I had to do was tell him the cost difference and he was sold.
Have a great time at your baby shower!
Hey there Emily! You look great. We use bum genius and happy heinys for our diapers. We loved the one size fits all when we had a newborn and a 2 year old. It was so easy. I suggest getting hemp stuff ins. they are a little more expensive but David was a heavy wetter and was always peeing through his clothes until we got these. Our diaper lady is simplewondersdiapers.com. She is a SAHM here in NC. She was so helpful when we started out...trying to get the whole process down. Let me or Andy know if you have any questions. I love that you have decided on cloth. Congrats again on your little growing baby boy.
You look great! Have a wonderful time at your shower!

OH yes, the preggo waddle. It is a unique gait only to be appreciated buy a Mama with a big ole healthy baby on the way! I particularity enjoyed when I could balance bowls of ice cream right on top of my stomach!
You look so adorable, love! :) Funny you mention belly button.. My friend was just talking about how she tapes hers down.. haha.. I found that hilarious for some reason... I think an outie is so cute, but she hates it!
I think you've "popped" my beautiful friend! Congrats! You have a teensy little prego belly!
