Day 6: Movies
My all time favorite, will never get old, can recite every line kinda movie is Mean Girls.
I mean really, it's classic. And who doesn't appreciate a little vintage Lohan.
Varsity Blues became a big group favorite in college. The one we'd all quote, and make fun of, but secretly enjoyed.
Rent is my favorite musical, and for a re-make, the move is pretty good.
After seeing it on stage countless times with limited sets and props, it was pretty cool to see it all come together on the big screen. Plus they used the original cast which was totally awesome.
Annie was my favorite movie as a kid. Apparently I watched it so many times I wore the tape out.
And of course, The Girl Next Door. For without this movie, my wedding band may have been engraved with something generic and my blog may have been nameless.
Funny how a movie about a porn star could be so life altering. ;)
So spill, what are some of your favorite flicks?

Oh I love Mean Girls :) It IS a total classic. I watch it every time it's on TV...much to my husband's chagrin :) Ha!
You pretty much hit the nail on the head with these movies, except I would add Wedding Crashers and The Hangover ;)
Great choices, girl!
Awe . . . vintage Lindsey lol I too can recite almost every line in that movie. My favorite scene is when Damian screams "She doesn't even go here!"ha ha i freaking love that movie.
Annie was one of my favorites when I was little. I loved the scene when they are getting all dressed up to go to the movies. :)
Oh, I forgot Annie! I <3 Annie too!
I loved annie too - and curly sue! LOVED curly sue. I love how your blog and wedding band were inspired by a movie! That's so something I would do!
AHHHH I LOVE Mean Girls! Seriously, the best girl movie ever haha!
I don't think it's any secret that I love Mean Girls! Good pick!

I just watched Annie the other day. I turned it up and sang really loud. The boys loved it. My husband thought I was a big weirdo.
I'm a musical buff. What can I say?
Ahhh - mean girls, totally forgot about that one! I used to watch Annie once a week with the little girl I nannied the last two years. She loved it!
Anytime someone I know gets mad at something someone says, I reference the point in the movie where LL jumps over the table like a cheetah to fight the girl. HAHA!
