The staples

So apparently we're preparing for a snowmagedon here in the KC....
I've heard everything from 13-24 inches of snow by tomorrow night.
Joy.
So like any responsible adult, I stopped by the store to pick up the necessities in the unlikely event we actually get snowed in.
As busy as it was you'd think they were giving food away.
Most people were stocking up on the usuals..... milk and bread.
Boring.
Predictable.
Things I already had plenty of.
I left with Dr Pepper....and Cheetos.
Bring on the snow!

I like the way you think! I sent my hubby to the store in search of Cadbury mini eggs (no luck). We are supposed to get ice & snow here in Fay-town as well. Hope you get to stay home and snuggle with your kiddo!

Love it! I just made some snow day brownies, and they're half gone. Bad weather just calls for the good stuff. :)

You crack me up! Yea, I think we're a little low on milk, but I've got at least 20 diet cokes, so I think we're good too! (ps- I shared this one with M and said "see, don't you think you'll love these people?"...) :)

We are calling it Snowmageddon. We braved the masses yesterday as well to get diet coke and fudge bars (oh, and decent food for the kids!) Stay safe. Love your new layout.

That's one thing I hate about getting a lot of snow is the stores and people getting crazy for food!

Well, if the power goes out, the milk is worthless anyways!! Oreos and chips are definite necessities :)
