Project MILF: What's on my plate

I am a HUGE creature of habit when it comes to eating.
Especially when dieting which can be good and bad.
On one hand, you already know it's points/calorie value so it's easy.
On the other hand, it can cause some serious food boredom and burnout.
I love at my WW meetings when we do food finds because I always find fun new things to try!!
So for all those wondering what the heck it is I eat all day, maybe looking for some new ideas for yourself, here you go!

For dinner I always have a vegetable, salad or both.  That's a given.   Otherwise?  Pretty much anything and everything is fair game.  As long as I watch my portions I haven't found any of my old dinner staples I can't make work.  I typically eat 10-15 points for dinner so it's by far my largest meal of the day.  Here's just a sampling of what we eat.
Honestly, the possibilites are pretty endless.  It's what I love most about Weight Watchers.
So there you have it.  A day in my foodie life.  Right now, according to my age/gender/height/weight WW says I can eat up to 35 points a day.  Honestly, that's alot for me.  I usually hover around the 30-32 point mark, but make sure to have at least the 26 pt minumum.  I rarely have to tap into my weekly 49 flex points, but imgaine as I continue to lose and my daily limit goes down I will have to more often.  It's nice to know they're there if I need them.  I also don't drink much besides water.  Wine and beer is surprisingly pretty high in points...so since January I've only imbibed in the adult beverages maybe 3 times?  It's just not worth it to me to "waste" 3-4 points on a few ounces of beer or wine.  I'd rather have my skinny cow.

Wow.  That got kinda long.
If you're still reading, you deserve a medal!
Now it's your turn to dish.
What are some of your favorite low cal food finds?

I love this! I don't know why I'm fascinated by what people eat but I am, ha! We eat a lot of the same things. I love Skinny Cow ice cream and string cheese.

I've commented a few times before, but I've been following your blog since late 2010 when we were both pregnant on The Bump! I just have to tell you that you have been SUCH an inspiration to me. I joined WW last week and have lost 6.8 lbs so far, and hope to continue my success much as you have! Bravo on the weight loss and I love that you have blogged about your journey--it really is helpful and inspiring to me! :)

I saw your post today on Katie's blog and have been catching up. I lost 72 pounds on WW back in 2007-2008 and have gained it all back. In addition to not being able to get pregnant for 29 months - I am miserable. Thanks for the little push I needed to rejoin WW.
